Burglary suspect captured after K9 bites
Modesto Police captured fleeing suspect, parolee Brian Horton, 33, of Waterford in a north east Modesto neighborhood. MPD Officer Souza used K9 unit named Barry to help subdue suspect. Horton is suspected of burglarizing a home near the 900 block of Parkwood Drive in Modesto.(BART AH YOU / bahyou@modbee.com)

What time was this? I responded to a neighbors home which was alarmed, which was 1/4 mile from this location? possible the same suspect..
