Novato Veterinarian gets support at State Capitol

Chuck Galvin, a Novato veterinarian who will have his license suspended on Nov. 6, 2009, had a group of clients rally for him in front of the State Capitol in Sacramento. The veterinarian is said to offer affordable care to clients. The group0 at the Capitol said they delivered petitions to the Governor and State Attorney General on Galvin's behalf.
