I wouldn't be so quick to judge the owner. With so many businesses it is too hard to micro manage to the point of knowing every detail about every service job. I would suggest look deeper at the people whose pay is augmented by the volume of business. In other words take a good look at the ones that generated the complaints.

I know someone personally who was fired for refusing to scam the customer.

Midas tried to screw with me a couple of years ago. They didn't get my business. I would not recommend them to anyone!!!!!!!!!

Additional Info for Mac users: If you do not see video (after clicking 'allow'), do the following:
  1. Click on the blue "gear" icon in the lower right corner to bring up the settings window.
  2. Click on the webcam icon.
  3. If you are using a built in iSight camera, choose USB Video Class Video from the pulldown menu. You should see video immediately.

  4. Click "close" button.
  5. Record! You must record at least ten seconds before you can stop.
