We need to stand together to fight against these so called gangs. I am not afraid to fight them off, they should fear what "God" has coming for them. All gang members are considered Devil worshipers, but in the long run they do lose there battle. Amen.

I grew up in airport and I knew Buddy, I am sickened by this. Buddy was a great man that didn't get in nobody's buiness but helped anyone who asked. He will be greatly missed. My heart and my prayers are with his family.

Janice, my heart goes out to you. Dealoris is right, this was senseless, it must be very hard for everyone to cope with this. I saw this all the way from France, but it feels like it happened right next door... Buddy sounds like someone I would've been very happy to call 'brother', and I hope I'll get the chance to meet him (and you) very soon! Please accept the condolences of your friends in the north and south congregations of Jehovah's Witnesses in Albi, France...

What a tragic event. Rev 21:3,4 "3 With that I heard a loud voice from the throne say: “Look! The tent of God is with mankind, and he will reside with them, and they will be his peoples. And God himself will be with them. 4 And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away.” So sorry for your loss.

Palsm 37:28 and 29 says "For Jehovah is a lover of justice,And he will not leave his loyal ones.To time indefinite they will certainly be guarded; But as for the offspring of the wicked ones, they will indeed be cut off.29 The righteous themselves will possess the earth,And they will reside forever upon it." - may you gain peace and comfort from this hope. Janice, losing a loved one is one of Satan's best weapons to make a person blame God. Jehovah knows his heart. The question is will you be there to greet him when he wakes up. Consider having a bible study yourself. Jehovah is the God of All comfort. May you have peace.Leslie LloydAugusta, GAWoodlake Congregation

Janice and Buddy's family, my heart goes out to you. A couple of Bible passages that give me comfort are John Chapter 11 and also the scripture at 1st Corinthians 15:25-26..For he (Jesus) must rule as king until [God] has put all enemies under his feet. 26 AS THE LAST ENEMY DEATH IS TO BE BROUGHT TO NOTHING! I hope Janice and Buddy's family and friends really get to read these encouraging messages from the friends from the congregations that are sending their love. We are a whole association of brother who have genuine love for each other and pray on behalf of each other. 'God who cannot lie' whose name is Jehovah will make sure that the scripture at John 5:28 and 29 is fulfilled, "Do not marvel at this, because the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice v.29 and come out..."Please take a bible study and gain a personal relationship with Jehovah so we can all welcome back Buddy in the resurection. I am so sorry to hear about this. This is the kind of world we live in-hate and violence it is really disheartening. But you can find comfort in knowing what the future is instored for us found in Rev 21:3,4 and Ps 37:10,11. Where the meek ones themeselves will posses the earth. We look foward to seeing Buddy in the paradise and teaching him all about Jehovah

what's happening in Modesto? are we all going to have to get a gun to pack to be safe when we walk out of the house or are we suppose to sit in the house and do nothing, the gangs are takeing our freedom a day at a time, I think our police department needs to spend more time on gang members and a little less time ticket writeing.
