RAW VIDEO: Modesto Police Sgt. Patrick Kimes describes the scene on Friday afternoon (05-04-12) after a Ford Explorer overturned on Sisk Road near Plaza Parkway in Modesto, Ca. Early reports suggest that shoplifters at Kohl's department store were pursued by police resulting in the accident.
